8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Salehnova Trade and Services GmbH and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with their specific terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms and Conditions or any service agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
